We have a comprehensive staff development programme which has been created to supplement the ongoing clinical skills training available. People management and skills-based training & development for first level managers, supervisors and line staff is provided generically, or as required by specialty areas.

The CDHB has created and delivered a Management & Leadership Programme for Clinical Directors and Senior Managers, and has also implemented a Management Development Programme for Line Managers/Supervisors.
